Yeah I contacted your support weeks ago and I haven't gotten a response. Could I get a number to call to fix this mess before I'm charged for something I havent even been able to use?

If you received a pending authorization for a Minecraft purchase but never received an email containing a Transaction ID, we recommend contacting your bank to resolve the pending authorization. I hope this helps! ^SA
