@MojangSupport hi my daughter has played mine craft since it came out. She has spent countless time on there. Today she logged in to find her main world is completely gone. We did a re boot with no luck. She is devastated. What’s the issue and how do we get it back?

It’s not a realm though. My daughter has also tried looking for the answer through the articles already and found nothing relating to her world no longer being there.
