@MojangSupport yea so i sent a request that keeps getting marked as solved, but i haven't received a response nor is the issue fixed, pls help i want to minecraft

I've been waiting since early December to get anything useful from Mojang support (Tickets 134951 and 267789 in case anybody wants to look into it)
