@MojangSupport I submitted a support ticket two months ago for help logging in. Today, I got a form-letter reply. I replied to it, and got the SAME form letter again. This has happened four times now. Do you actually have any humans working there?

The problem isn't a delay in getting a reply. The problem is that the reply I DID get was useless, and when I replied to it looking for more help, I just got the same thing over and over and over! Like, ten or eleven times now. EXACT SAME CANNED REPLY. Every time.
