@MojangSupport So, you guys finally responded to the support ticket I put in at the start of last month, and I just keep getting a boilerplate even though it says to reply for my issue. How do I get an actual human to look at my ticket?

So I should submit a new support ticket? But the last one took a month to get even a boilerplate response that hasn't solved my issue. I still can't receive system emails.
