@MojangSupport it's been two weeks and I still haven't even gotten a reply to helping me recover my account and find out which e-mail had my minecraft account. And no, I don't even know where the id is since is been since 2011 when I got the game.

It's been a whole month and I haven't heard anything from anyone in your company. I just wanted my account back to play minecraft again. I don't think it's smart to go for minecraft dungeon if this is the service to expect if it happens again.

JS, be real with me. Do you have co- workers that aren't going into work or the company just has all departments mixed into one just learning how to work on all the problems using deskhelp. I worked at comcast using that program for social media, but goodness.
