@MojangSupport I've traded no less than 14 emails with the support team in the last week, and all I've gotten is a canned response. It is clear that a person isn't reading anything, nor is anything getting resolved. Can you fix this?

Exactly the same response, to three different requests, over the past 7 days. This certainly isn't temporary for me, and isn't resolved. I'm skeptical sending yet another email to support will solve this.
