@MojangSupport I have tried doing Forgot password and it isn't sending me an email at all. I've tried checking my spam folders and everything. I just want to plaaaaaaay. Can you guys help me?

Thanks for a human reply. Every time I emailed I got the same message. Three times in a row. I’m not sure as to where I can find my transaction ID

How do I find my transaction ID? This is 4 times that I get an email with the same message. This is frustrating.
