@MojangSupport My minecraft account wont let me login. I know the password, email, and username but t says it is incorrect. My grandfather set up the account for me and this is the 3rd time it has happened.

Filled it all out, I dont have the transaction id however. The account is a few years old and have gotten a new pc since then.
