@MojangSupport I've sent three emails in the last two months about my account from 10 years ago no longer being accessible. I included my original Paypal transaction ID. I haven't received a response to ANY of them.

Do you have any sort of estimate available? This is absolutely ridiculous. How many billions of dollars has this game raked in? Being unable to afford a basic support system that functions in a timely manner seems wild to me. @Microsoft owns you now too, right?
