@MojangSupport @Mojang I purchased @Minecraft coins from a store, I put the code in on my Xbox and the purchase was successful and shows in my wallet. But when I try and purchase texture packs or other items in the game the coins don’t show up as a payment option.

Yeah that doesn’t work! As soon as I select the language (which is mandatory) or try to add a photo it refreshes the screen and everything is blank again!! Can you not just help me here, I have paid for something and haven’t got it due to a fault on yours or Microsoft’s part!
