@MojangSupport My account has recently been stolen and had the name changed. I have tried filling out a support request but it is taking ages for any form of response.

I got a response after a week and it included nothing useful at all. I then tried responding to ask further questions and have had the exact same email sent to me 7 times now in response everytime. Is your support team just an automated bot called jen?
