@MojangSupport I've been trying to get access to my account for months with no luck. Every time I press reset password it never sends me the email to do so and when I try to create a new account it says one already exists with my email. I've been stuck like this and need help

I bought the game nearly 10 years ago I unfortunately do not have a transaction ID. Where can I find that?
