@MojangSupport my brother recently bought a code on Amazon for the Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Collection, but when he goes to open the game, it shows that he doesn’t own the game. He can only play the demo version. Please help !

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to play the full game. When only the demo mode is accessible, this means that you're logging in with an account that does not contain a Minecraft profile/username. ^SJ
