@MojangSupport All I want is to reset my password, this issue has been through support for months but I'm still not getting password reset to my email. How inept does support have to be for them to tell me it's fixed twice while it's still not? My latest ticket has been idle 1m+

Patience is something I'm running out of. I filed my original ticket in October last year. FIVE MONTHS OF WAITING for a fix to password resets. It's one of the most basic things a support system should be able to fix. How is a MULTI - BILLION DOLLAR company unable to fix this?
