@MojangSupport I bought my son and daughter the frozen 2 packs, however after they redeemed them they still show they need to be purchased. They are even listed amongst their purchased packs but don't say owned they say the price. I paid for both of these packs already!

I did and I emailed and have NOT gotten a response besides "we have other problems and we will get to you". I spend 16 dollars on add ons and still can't play them all these months later. Please help! How many times do I have to email?
