@MojangSupport I sent in a support ticket. Got the generic email with ticket number 306,000 odd. Someone with ticket number 123,000 hasn't had a response yet, that was over 3 months ago. Should I just cancel the ticket? Doesn't look like I'm going to get a reply this year.
