@MojangSupport trying this again, I bought a pack from the in-game store, In Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The pack isn't working properly so I'm asking if I can refund it, since it has only been 2-3 days from the day I bought it.

@MojangSupport I am on playstation, but the PlaystationSupport wasn't able to help me with my problem, because the in-game purchase wasn't done in Playstation Store. I'm asking for your help because I really think you might be able to solve the problem I have. Thanks for help.
