@MojangSupport Hi guys, i've just bought minecraft for my son, but after connecting on the game he can only play the DEMO ... what the hell is happening ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to play the full game. When only the demo mode is accessible, this means that you're logging in with an acct that does not contain a Msft profile/username. Please visit help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/โ€ฆ for a list of possible solutions. ^SJ

The problem is that once connected to the website with my account, i see the message telling that i didn't buy minecraft, but it bought it, paid it and get confirmation mail. Plus : my son already played it on the computer with the full version go private so i give my account ?
