@MojangSupport I need help. Well the problem is, that I bought a pack on Minecraft Bedrock, on PS4. We tried it out with my friend, and we found out that the pack is very laggy, and doesn't quite get the job done. I found out the best option to get help was to ask you what to do;

Contacting Playstation Support didn't help, because I bought the pack from the in-game store, with tokens I had bought. All I want to know is that are you able to (as you probably are) return my tokens, and take my pack back. Feel free to ask anything if needed, I'll answer.
