@MojangSupport I have not been able to log into Minecraft Earth for 4 days now. I've been trying to reach out on a support email but I have had no response. It appears there is an issue with my Microsoft Account. Can I please get some help?

I've already looked there. It's an issue with my account. I can log into Microsoft fine but all I get when I try to play is this image. Please I need to talk with someone to look at my account.
