Hey @MojangSupport this has been going on for 4mo now. No comms have been replied to usefully, inc 1 totally irrelevant reply. We have paid. The money went to you. We haven't got what we paid for. SORT IT OUT. We will have to take alternative action if this isn't sorted v soon.
@MojangSupport Renewing a Realm on my Switch is giving me this error, and has been for days on multiple different WiFi networks. Any ideas?

.@pstrongproject has submitted at least two tickets, one was ignored entirely, and the other had a reply about something totally different and irrelevant, and then closed the ticket.

Sorry @MojangSupport - still nothing. I wonder if @pcgamer, @engadget, @IGNUK, @BBCNews or others would be interested? This is a prominent company failing to deliver a service which has been paid for and ignoring comms. We aren't the only ones being ignored. (@pstrongproject)

Perhaps instead of constantly apologizing to people for tickets being months old, your managers should actually get the support staff required to get on top of the ticket queue. That would be more useful then using copy/paste replies and ticking off your customer base.
