@MojangSupport i have been requesting my passwordreset a couple of times in last 2 weeks and also opened up multiple tickets but i never received any passwordreset mails nor any answers to the opened tickets

i cant get the transaction ID because it was on an old email account that got hacked thats why i recently change it.
