@MojangSupport In my account i have the code for free Windows 10 ed. but I never Claimed, could there be a way to have another code, or at least to se at which mail its the claimed code associated? Thank you

No worries! Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we'll take a look for you. Remember to attach your Transaction ID to your email response, if possible. ^AS
