@MojangSupport Hello, Where can I create a ticket for not having received coins ordered through amazon webstore? Amazon says email to mojang, that says mojang help site and that says microsoft. And microsoft has no clue about any of the already bought packs on the account...

This is getting ridiculous. I contancted your support in German 2.5 weeks ago under case 262611 And then tried in English again a week ago as case 285156. Is it possible to get some kind of reaction? I paid money and did not receive anything. Starting to get annoyed
