@MojangSupport It's the 1 month anniversary of my support ticket 239727. Could I at least get a "sorry your transaction failed, you're SOL and out $25, go away" instead of silence?

So, I heard nothing and it's been two weeks. I just paid again to turn the realm back on so my kids can play while stuck at home since everything is closed. I'll accept just adding another 180 days to my realm or a minecoin refund at this point.
