@MojangSupport My account has been stolen and my username changed. I had a rare username and it's now gone, I'd appreciate some support asap. I have emailed and would appreciate a swift response.

When can I expect a reply as your support website doesn't work & the link you're giving to people as a copy paste response with the support website is pretty counter logic if you've recognised that the support website doesn't work? I'd like a response to this today please.
