@MojangSupport hello sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for help but on (help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us) i have made 2-3 tickets without getting an answer (one a couple of years ago and 1-2 for about 2-3 months ago).

then i try to accessing help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… this i what i get and i have tryid to make a ticket at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… i think 4-5 times now but never hear more from it :(.
