@MojangSupport it has been nearly three months since I reached out to you with a very simple question. I paid for an account and I'd like access to it. Three months is absolutely horrible and inexcusable.

I really don't know why you're tweeting at me about demos and the Xbox version. I emailed you about access to an older account two months ago. Hire support and manage your backlog.
