@MojangSupport Hello, I purchased the PC version of the game back in 2013 and had no problem playing the game. But today when I tried to download the game again it appears that your website thinks I do not own the game, can you please fix it for me?

I sent you an email at the beginning if the month but you still haven’t got back to me, I also do not have the transaction id considering the purchase was made 7 years ago.
