@MojangSupport I logged into Minecraft the other day and found that a lot of my Bedrock marketplace purchases are missing. I tried contacting Xbox support to no avail. Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

Same. I been missing my purchased marketplace content since early December. They still haven’t respond to my support email. They said support emails are back up by couple of months.

A couple of months?!?! Yikes. Not looking forward to this

It happens when Minecraft is a the biggest game in the world. Hopefully the figure out the mass problem why everyone lost their stuff instead of dealing with each person individually who lost their stuff.
