@MojangSupport hello sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for help but on (help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us) i have made 2-3 tickets without getting an answer (one a couple of years ago and 1-2 for about 2-3 months ago).

hey link (help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…) is not working for me and it is over I would say 5-6 years since I bought MC so my email with email transaction has disappeared over time somewhere between years and change email domain I think
