@MojangSupport Hi there I had a problem with my sync from one xbox to another which resulted in my world being synced back in time. I’ve talked to xbox support and they said that you’d need to refresh the game server connected to my account!

Hi Mojang. So it’s been about a month and a half since I submitted my support request. Can you please tell me if you are actually backlogged that much on support. I’d like a genuine answer and not a generic “robot” response.

That’s word for word what you said last time. Why even have this support twitter if you’re just copy and pasting generic answers. I understand that it’s first come first serve, but I’d like to know how much longer of a wait it’s going to be. How backlogged are you guys?
