@MojangSupport I cant get into my account, ive sent reset requests and an issue ticket so im just waiting on a reply, but the main issue is that im not receiving the email to be able to reset after I prompt it, why is this?

Is that your reply to everything? Why dont you guys open a livechat service to push tickets? It would make it go by so much quicker and you would have more happy fans rather than annoying them over weeks and weeks of no progression.
