@MojangSupport I need help accessing a minecraft premium account created 1/12/2011 I have the transaction ID and I've tried to follow the steps on Minecraft.net and Mojang's website but I keep getting told I don't own the game

Just so long as this delay isn't going to push me past the April 2020 window for upgrading old accounts. Also as someone who works in customer service, I can only assume you must be severely understaffed. Isn't Minecraft the biggest selling game of all time?
