@MojangSupport My sons account was hacked. Got email saying password changed but he didn’t. He tries to change it & it asks him for the old password. Of course he doesn’t have that password. I Emailed but never get any answer. How can he get back into his account?

The first email was sent January 27. This seems like an excessive amount of time. I just need to use his username to get into his hacked account. Can I speak to someone on the phone?
