@MojangSupport I send in a ticket on January 24th about my account being hacked. And its still hacked and i didnt get a response.. Pls help.

Any estimate on how long its going to take for a the ticket to go through? Its been a while now.. All it takes is a refresh password email to my email account and its done.. Takes 2 minutes.
