@MojangSupport My account was hacked and they changed my character name. Is there a way you can change it back for me? Thank you

Players can change their name every 30 days. Previous usernames are held for an additional week after that. Minecraft Support does not typically change usernames for players, this is done through your account settings at account.mojang.com. ^JS

This is pretty poor support if the player was hacked and had their name changed without their consent. It could be something rude / offensive and ruin there experience joining servers / realms for a month. Especially as it must be an easy fix really.
