@MojangSupport I'm having issues with my compromised account. I submitted a ticket via your support website on 1/1 & so far all I've received is a confirmation email that my case #176676 is open. Can you please confirm it's being looked at? Are 2 week+ wait times typical?

This marks the end of an entire month with still no support. How can you go an entire month without responding to the customer and still call yourself a "Support" team? Has @Microsoft underfunded u that much? Honestly Im embarrassed for you. @Microsoft PLS support your product!
