Submitted a ticket to @MojangSupport on January 15th. Still have heard nothing. How much exactly is "a bit of a backlog"? 😠 Anyone else contact Mojang support recently? How long before you actually got a response?

That would mean a lot more if there was some idea of when that might actually *be*. What "Date submitted on" are you currently at in your Backlog? June 2019? December 2019? Help give us an estimate of when we might eventually get a response.
