My buddy had the same problem I suggested that he uninstall minecraft and redownload it It worked for him

I did that too but still didn't work, I think it's my internet provider cause I connected my ps4 to my phones hotspot and I could join but I cant fo that forever

Yeah that doesn't answer my question, I try to join and just says cannot connect to world
