@MojangSupport still haven't gotten help for my missing iTunes purchases on Minecraft. Please help before I call AMEX and have the charges disputed!!

This doesn’t offer any real help! Xbox says it is a Mojang/Minecraft problem and don’t help. Missing hundreds of dollars of in-app purchases!!!

I don’t know how many times I need to reply to this exact message that I have already sent the request and I do not have any transaction ID to share because it is every single purchase my son has made!
