@Minecraft @MojangSupport call me a nerd but I need to call them out. My account got hacked, thus loosing all my stuff. I’ve been contacting them for several days without a response. So much for support. 😤

This answer is getting old. You guys either need more support staff or you need to be open and honest with your customers about where in the support ticket queue you are. People waiting months for a response to what should be a simple problem is unacceptable.
