@MojangSupport How is someone supposed to get support with account issues within Minecraft on a Nintendo Switch? I have raised multiple tickets via help.minecraft.net since December 2019 and not one has been responded to??

If you truly respond to tickets in the order they are received then you must have a backlog of over 3 months...do you think this is acceptable for customers who have paid for game options and are unable to use them? This goes against consumer laws!

@MojangSupport do you actually have a support team? Looking at all your tweets, it seems that you only provide a standard response regarding delay but never actually provide any support to anyone seeking assistance.
