Hey, @MojangSupport? I've been trying to contact your customer support since December and haven't received a reply. I'm unable to access my minecraft account and I suspect it may have been compromised. How do I get some help with this? I already tried the steps on your website.

Omg, after 5 months of back-and-forth where they request a little more info each time my ticket was closed without ever being resolved. Now I have to submit a new one. -_-
