@MojangSupport I'm having real trouble with Minecraft on my Xbox One X, I've spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft support to be told its nothing to do with them and to contact Mojang. I've used your website and can't find out how to raise a support request. Help!!!

I'm trying to be patient, I really *really* am. I do appreciate you have to answer them in the order. Anecdotally looking at the replies in your TL the wait seems to be at least a MONTH that can't be right? I'm looking for an approximate idea only, it's an not unreasonable ask.
