@MojangSupport I bought Minecraft ages ago on an old pc. Played it for the longest time. Pc crapped out. Finally got a new pc and was looking forward to downloading MC. But after logging in it still said I had to pay. What’s up with that? Can you help please? I did send an email

They give that same cookie cutter response to everyone. Apparently there are tickets people have had since like oct/nov that still arnt even looked at yet.
