@MojangSupport Hi, I thought if you have previously purchased $25 minecraft on one device, you can download it to another with the same account. If this is true, how can I do this?

Unfortunately, cross play does not mean that you own the game on all the eligible platforms, but merely that they can play together. Different platforms (Xbox, PC, Switch, etc.) require different purchases. ^JS
