@MojangSupport This is starting to get rather annoying. I sent in a ticket in mid DECEMBER with no response to date, and I got the mass email about Windows 10 codes about half a month ago, despite my problem being something entirely different.

It's been two months and as far as any Mojang or Minecraft-related site is concerned I never owned the game despite the fact that I paid for it *years* ago. I have been unable to play any version because of this and I've gotten no indication that I ever will be able to.

@MojangSupport you guys need to be honest with us and tell us where in your ticketing system you're up to in terms of responding. My ticket number is 141 thousand and change. Are you guys in the 130,000s? The 90,000s? The hundreds?

Im having the same issue its been weeks!!!
They owe me a minecraft Bedrock I purchased the original in 2013 and they wont get back to me me! According to minecraft.net I dont own minecraft. But the launcher says differently!! XxBLORPxX!! Get at me Mojang!
