@mojangsupport It has been five weeks since I sent my support ticket in and I havent even gotten a reply. I have my Transaction ID from 2011 ready and would like to migrate Minecraft to my account but it is not showing up. Can I get some assistance?

Ok, but five weeks is a huge amount of time, is there no way to know my position in the queue or even that its being worked on at all? Is there any way at all I can talk to a human being about this product Ive already purchased?
